The past three times I've ranked up I haven't received any rewards for leveling up. Also, a couple of times I started a new showdown, at the cost of ten golden tickets, and it didn't even give me a new one and it also ate my ten golden tickets. I also spent 1500 chips on a track reward, and the purchase took my chips with no track received. Unfortunately, this game is very buggy. I hope these issues are fixed soon. I'm not going to waste more time on a Trials game that continues to be flawed with bugs.

True, this gave has a really good idea, but sucks at quality.
I submitted a ticket to return my 20 golden tickets for which I paid money. Never got any response. I treat this as 'screw you customer'.

Insist and send reminders for them tickets from the web support page. Pester the support and continue doing so. In the end they will reply.

Also post in the dedi thread bout this as our friendly moderator will give it needed and due attention.
