For the second time in the past few weeks, my save file for JD 2015 on the 360 and all my corresponding progress has been wiped out and a new brand new file created. I do not have enough information to establish a pattern yet, but the timing of this happening along with the release of new DLC makes me suspicious that the update is the culprit.
Coincidentally, I had save file problems with JD 2014 which seemed to come and go with each new month, but in that case it was just no longer updating my high scores, not deleting the entire save file.
Is this happening with anyone else and any recommended solutions? I've just copied my save file to the cloud and plan to update it each session so hopefully that will help. It's really disheartening to lose all of my progress and have to unlock everything again, especially when it happens more than once.
Hi and welcome to the forums, Xbox Live currently has an issue accessing or retrieving data stored using cloud storage http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status
If this persists please open a ticket with our Technical Support team https://support.ubi.com
I just submitted a ticket, but you missed the problem I'm having. I'm not having a problem with cloud storage, I've started to backup my save file to cloud storage because the game deleted or corrupted the save file on my hard drive twice and created a entirely new one both times.
When I had a save file issue on Just Dance 2014 and created a ticket, it was never resolved to the best of my knowledge. With each new month, sometimes it would save progress, sometimes it wouldn't, but it never deleted the entire file. I was told you guys were only technical support and could only forward information to developers, I was never updated on any progress after that.
Given similar circumstances of this appearing to not be an issue that affects everyone, I'm not optimistic that my support ticket will go anywhere. My hope is that other people experiencing the same problem speak up and perhaps you can find the cause of what's happening with additional information.

Actually, I can't submit a ticket. I've tried twice now. In both instances it brings me to a list of frequently asked questions/answers and has a link below saying "My problem is solved". When I go to the list of recently submitted tickets, it only shows the one I submitted back in April for JD 2014. I'm currently using Google Chrome and will try one last time with Firefox.
Indeed - you need to press the 'Submit Question' button and that will send your request to the support team.Originally Posted by Tully__ Go to original post
Thanks. I got the ticket created. It's mostly the same as the original post with a little rephrasing for clarity and the addition of the following information.
""The only other odd behavior that comes to mind is that there's always a long delay on the "Identifying" screen. This delay started happening when I got a new Xbox after my original Xbox succumbed to the red rings of death. I also had to transfer the hard drive data twice, the first time when upgrading to a larger hard drive on my original 360 and the second time with the purchase of the new Xbox.""
Hi there Steve. I had the same happen to me, 3 separate times i had my save file wiped out and a new account started. I was devastated as each time you have to start all over again unlocking extra dances and building up the mojo points. This was really annoying so i raised a ticket about a month ago but by the time they answered me i have been on the and solved it myself. So i thought...
I have just tried to play my just dance 2015 and it says that my save file is corrupt or damaged. Do i want to create a new profile or the other option is to overwrite the damaged saved file??
I am not impressed now as i have been making good progress this month and i was ranking 6th place on the worlds dance floor for this months just dance tournament. All will be lost and again i will have to start fresh. I will be reporting this to Ubisoft as it is not fair, something should have been done by now if they knew that Just Dance 2014 already had this problem.
