I live in Japan, but I'm American. Recently, every time I contact Ubisoft support, I get a reply IN JAPANESE from the Japanese support site. My questions are ALWAYS in English.
In the past, I'd put in a ticket, and it would be handled by an English speaker. But something changed during the last year where, more than half the time, the response is in Japanese. Is there some change I can make so that I get Ubisoft Support in MY language?
Had a similar experience with support. I'm from Belgium but I wrote my ticket in English thinking it wasn't bound to your location. But when they replied it was in Dutch. which I kind of found wierd since who would reply to someone in another language. That's just wierd and imho disrespectful.
But since support is probably outsourced and I believe the management of this forum is too, you're practically complaining to a wall. It's like there is no communication what-so-ever between Ubisoft and this forum or support.
UPlay recently redirects you to your region website/support by identifying your IP address, if you wish to contact other support regions -in you case U.S- then as far as i know your only option is to use proxy server to contact support -U.S Proxy in your case-, one of the best proxies available out there is Hola and it has add-on and extension for your browser.
