Ubisoft support is the worst I've ever seen

I created 2 ticket 5 days ago. 5 days later, still nothing. These scumbags are unbelievable.

Don't get me started about it.
Have been having these COOP problem where I'm unable to host games. Where as when I'm joining someone else who invites me I can connect and play like nothing is wrong.
Contacted support early on and described what is wrong and all the things I've tried already (port-forwarding and what not).
Just last week I got a message that I'm being transferred to 2nd like support. Now I'm still waiting on what they've got to say -_-.

It's like they create a mess out of everything they do...

Support has no idea about the game at all ...

I asked them about the legendary outfits in AC Rouge, the answer on Friday was that I should create an AC Initiates profile and wait 4 days ... great job, everyone but the support knows that AC Initiates is dead, wonder if they got told at all that things are not working as they describe them ...

Outsourcing done horribly wrong (same thing with this forum, btw)...My faith in Ubisoft is completely gone. Bunch of money-hungry screw-ups.

While I agree that the support sucks, the UbiSupport people are just parrots for whatever they were trained to say, as with support anywhere, outsourced or not. They're trained to deal with issues on the level of "USER: My game won't play! SUPPORT: Is the console/PC turned on? USER: Yeah... no. Oh, there it is! SUPPORT: Does that solve your issue? USER: Yes. SUPPORT: Did you find your customer service to be helpful, courteous, and good looking today? USER: Yes! SUPPORT: Have a nice day sir." Support is not prepared to deal with issues like Achievements not popping/ULC not unlocking/Game intrinsically FUBAR. Social media people and probably this forum's staff too are a different team mostly used to measure the pulse of the community and try and provide some unofficial support. Many of the moderators are guys who have played the game and can point you toward potential solutions, but they aren't the devs. Honestly the devs SHOULDN'T be on here, because they should be head down eyes bleeding stepping through code in the debugger trying to unscrew this mess, but that means that the community has NO IDEA whether they've got the message and are working the issue (like, actually working it, not written off on the bug tracker as "Do Not Fix") or if they've simply been retasked to work on the next game now that the furor has died down somewhat. Ubisoft's communication was pretty good before Christmas, but since then, nothing. What is seriously lacking since the holidays is the communication from the dev team, if it still exists in any appreciable form. Patch 5 status, etc. Maybe a separate save game repair tool that steps though a file looking for inconsistencies caused by serialization or bad database transactions or memory access violations. Or even better, build such a thing into the startup - I know I'd trade 30 seconds of bootup time if it meant I could use all my unlocked stuff and got credit for all my achievements. Point is, the support and forum staff are just the messengers, however much that doesn't help anyone.

For the companion app. issues I keep getting told by support that "We'll advise the development team. In the meantime please see the forums." Thanks for the no-help.

You all have obviously never played a game by GamersFirst... They don't even stop the hackers playing their games.
