We have several measures in place, however we're limited in what we can do without adversely affecting legitimate users as well. The web team cotinue to monitor the situation for options that may improve the filtering without making your posting experience more tiresome.
In the mean time, the forum team do their best to manually deal with the stuff that slips through. Should you see something that needs dealing with, you can report the culprit by clicking the "Report this post" button in the lower left corner of one of the offending posts. It's a small, pale grey triangle with a "!" mark just to the left of the social media button. It's only necessary to report one post for each spam account, the first available staff member will be notified and deal with the issue from there.
