Ubisoft, you keep closing my tickets without any responses. The industry press has thoughtfully published your claims that the black screen issue has been addressed, but I and a large number of other customers still have paid our money and gotten nothing for it. The problem is very much not resolved for us. I don't have screen flicker, bad shadows, or any other bug because the game crashes 3 minutes after I launch it. I would be thrilled to get far enough into the game to see the problems others are complaining about. Check my support logs. I have a 4 core machine that is over your stated minimums. I went through weeks of back and forth with your technicians, and it all came to nothing.
Are you still planning on fixing this issue or have you simply given up on it? If so, I'd really appreciate you giving me back my money and sending me on my way.
If you have decided you don't need me as a customer, fine. Tell me so, give me back my $90 and I'll leave you alone.
But if you're going to keep my money (and so far that's the only thing you've ever told me) then give me and all the other people with the same problem as me a game that will run for more than 3 minutes.
