I'm unable to view any transactions attempted on a platform other than Uplay PC - you appear to have a PlayStation 4 version of The Crew 2.
If your purchased credits have still not been delivered, if you have not already done so, please reach out to us via a support case and attach a screenshot of your purchase receipt from your console itself. Please also provide us with images of your game box and disc (if a physical copy of the game) for us to check that no regional restrictions may be applying to you. Thank you!

Between the ridiculous turn around time on the the market items and the non-responsiveness of support the things I wanted to buy are no longer available, I have still have 2 outstanding in game real cash purchases and nothing to show for them, and a support ticket that has gone to "Escalated" twice now with nothing to show for it.
This is getting ridiculous. I work in tech support for a software company. Our SLAs are 24 hours, I would like to see what Ubisoft's are because I've been over a week. I really enjoyed the Crew 2 and got a number of people in my larger play group into it. I have to apologize to them now because it's not worth risking trying to make a purchase to participate in the events, which leaves not a lot of interesting content to play.
Get your whole thing together here Ubisoft, this is embarrassing and is trashing the long term value of your games.
Hi Ubisoft, thank you for the response for the issue about undelivered cc. I just receive the cc, but the amount is only equivalent to the bonus.
