    So I am trying to be patient, but I'm frustrated. I submitted a ticket and they ask me for my steam receipt screenshot so I give support that and then I hear nothing. No confirmation, no "we're working on it" or anything, just silence. All I want is the product I paid for, and I'm a patient person, it has been four days longer than it should have been. I try to be understanding, I know they're having problems. But seriously, somehow some companies manage to fix their mistakes in a timely fashion. I had hoped Ubi would be one of those companies but I guess not. That's fine, not every company can be great. But it would be nice if I could at least be kept updated as to why it is taking so long.

    So has anybody gotten the crew credits they bought yet? As of last night I still haven't received mine and I have no idea when to expect my credits because the message I received said I would receive them by the week of January 5th. I got this message on January 16th. What is happening. Why is it taking so freaking long to get the stuff I paid for?

    Were you part of the December fiasco? Meaning, did you purchase your CC in December? If so then you need to contact a community moderator/manager and get your situation escalated. If you made your purchase back in December you should have gotten your credits long ago, first week of January.

    If you're part of the January purchase fiasco then you may still have to wait as I believe they are still working on that one (although it may have been resolved by now).

    Indeed, if you have not received your Crew Credits, please open a ticket with Technical Support and then PM a Community Manager your ticket number so we can escalate this for you.

    Not the December fiasco, the more recent January 18th/19th fiasco. I already opened the ticket and everything and the last correspondence said I should be getting my crew credits but the date listed was January 5th. Should I open another ticket?

    Looks like you got the form letter response for the December people lol. For us that had the problem in December, Jan 5 was our given date.

    On ps4, still haven't received the 10k cc for the L.E. Would b nice, not so much for cars/parts, but more for perks which ofc can't b purchased w/ bucks. Been a month & a half now, not sure what's up
