    Unable to access the game, error #0_37

    Since yesterday I can't access the game due to server connection problems or whatever? Error #0_37 and #0_35.
    I see somthing in the post about a patch update. Where do I download and install this? I can't find any link do download it?
    I've got the PC version.

    constant error of #0_37 from me too and for 5 days now I have ben unable to play this game....I've tried tech support an have even tried to PM moshi-moshi.....this is beyond a joke!!!!!

    Hi,

    I had this problem for some days. Today i started the game to check if the error was still occurring..and yes it was. But after pressing 'esc' to quit the game I pressed the 'Play' button again at the Uplay launch screen. Then it prompted to first install a patch and after that, the error was fixed

    I guess when you auto launch the game it doesn't prompt for an update, but when you press the 'Play' button in the Uplay launcher it does.
