    Uplay support is a disgrace and 100% incompetent

    6 WEEKS ago a raised a ticket into missing pre -order and season pass items.

    I clearly stated in my email that I was missing (as well as other stuff) :

    Elephant gun .700 Nitro - available immediately in the shop.
    Sandman 1911 Pistol - available immediately in the shop.
    Driller PKM - available immediately in the shop.

    I said these items are suppose to be available immediately.

    I also provided proof of ownership that I was a season pass and pre-order customer.

    I also said in my ticket:

    Please do not fob me off with scripted responses, I my pre-order incentives and season pass extras asap as I have spent alot of money on the game and season pass.

    After 6 weeks the response i received was:

    I have been informed that the content of the season pass will be released at a later date.

    They have now closed my ticket.

    I don't know what word would be appropriate to describe Uplay support, but clearly they don't give a toss about you me and the people who buy ubi products.

    I invested some time to investigate this big mess with pre-order/ season pass/ gold edition content...

    Can you, please, tell me, where and when did you bought your game and season pass?
    Can you provide any proof those items were supposed to be available to you immediately?
    Some link to the web page or something?

    MROOD i also bought the game on steam as a pre order got the limited edition with the 3 hurk missions bought it about 1 hour before the game launched on NOV18th

    in Dec 29th i bought the season pass also on steam

    i also have none of the following

    i also have NO YAK FARM Mission
    or the blood ruby mission


    if you look on Ubisofts page located here
    https://support.ubi.com/en-US/faq/9/...0000000ej9DCAQ one would assume that if you buy the season pass you should have those weapons
    again i do not

    and it still to this day clearly states on that page http://store.steampowered.com/app/324340/

    that you should have acess to the downloaded content that was released one would assume ...the weapons and the missions that came as part of the gold edition as you paid 59.99 + 29.99
    you should have it all .. but WE DO NOT

    the only thing the season pass did for my limited edition of the game was open one mission the syringe ..so i was kinda of upset yea very ..still am as it seems ubisoft support is giving other people the same run around and they do not even understand their own Download content as evidenced via this thred akunamatataa started yesterday on steam

    and as you can see several other people who did submit a support ticket got the same run around as you did

    i paid for all the content by purchasing the limited edition as well as the season pass where the hell is it ?
    yes i understand that escape from the prison is not out as i understand valley if the yeti is not out ..but we should at least have access to those weapons we paid for

    so Jax before you ask me to open a support ticket please let your support people know they keep failing on this season pass issue
    is it you have made it so complicated that even your own support people do not know what the page on steam advertises ?

    or ubisoft itself has posted on their own STORE

    we paid our money for the full gold content by buying both the limited edition VIA PRE ORDER as well AS THE SEASON PASS

    i open my uplay i then click account information

    i see the following

    FarCry 4

    Far Cry 4 Hurks Return both of these are the same KEY as it was part of the Limited Per order Edition
    under that is

    Far Cry 4 Season Pass
    and

    FarCry4 the Syringe listed as my season pass Key

    where are the weapons ?

    please JAX ask your support team to look into this POST as well as the links provided in this post and maybe post a full explanation to the community

    in the announcements section that we can ALL clearly understand on whats up with the season pass issues...........

    The degree of self-entitlement here is quite overwhelming. Also, starting a ticket with the words "don't fob me off with automated replies" is one reason you will get feedback last.
