My recommendation would be to give up on YourShapeCenter - while Ubisoft advertises it with its game(s) it hasn't been up for the better part of the last 4 months or so:

I'm very disappointed with Ubisoft support. Seems like once they get your money, they're done with you. I definitely won't be getting any more fitness programs that they put out.

please ensure your browser is upto date - java is enabled and you don't have any plug ins running which may block the site.
You should also try using a different browser such as Chrome.
The site is working for myself, so it's possible it might be a local issue, due to your browser - or a issue regionally which support should be able to help with.
Tried to access the your shape center on windows PC with Explorer and Firefox, Mac with Firefox and Safari, iPhone 4S and iPad generation 2. NOTHING works. So for the user who said it is a problem on our end, IT IS NOT. Maybe you work for the company???? I really was looking forward to using the Center, too bad. Guess its time to try another company.
I'm extremely frustrated that every time I log in, I get a white page. I've tried numerous devices / computers and multiple browsers. They really need to fix this or risk losing customers. I thought it was great to be able to connect with other people online. Unfortunately this doesn't seem possible right now. Can someone please update if they find out any information on how we may be able to use online features.
