Also unable to log in
My first post on the Ubisoft forums.
I tried to sign up to Your Shape Center for the first time on Thursday last week. I was unable to do so.
I load up the Your Shape website, I click on the link, it prompts me for my password and then it tries to load the page. I then get a completely white page.
I have used both IE and Chrome, both of which are updated, and both of which have updated java.
I have tried this on two separate computers using both Windows 7 and Windows 8.
I would greatly appreciate any help from Ubisoft. Does your website actually work?

From what a Ubisoft rep and myself concluded is that the link between the UPlay and the Xbox account is one of the reasons why we all experience this "white screen" and breaks the website. Basically, if you unlink the Xbox account, the website appears to work fine, which is probably why the other Ubisoft rep that posted on this thread assumed it was working. It's definitely misleading and deserves a closer look.
Of course, this is all a moot point. Even if you can get around the white screen issue: you still can't add any friends, set up any challenges, or anything else productive.
To sum it all up, the link that's established between the UPlay and Xbox accounts is the culprit here. Unfortunately, the tickets I've submitted was responded with "they have no plans to bring the website back." I mean, I get it. The Your Shape games are dated and all that jazz, but I'd like to think it's all about the community and an extra effort should be made to make it fully functional again. It shows this company cares and until I get that vibe again, I don't think they deserve my money and I'll continue to blog and spread the word about this experience as often as I can. I don't think it's just Xbox players that are frustrated with this either. I've seen reports on Facebook, TrueAchievements, and many other venues.
Through all of this, I've realized word spreads fast and boycotts are set in place even quicker in this digital age!
Folks over at Deep Silver are experiencing this as well. Their Saints Row community is failing because a section of their website is down, but I can forgive their misgivings because they inherited a mess from THQ and have at least shown effort to getting their incidents resolved. I can't say the same here.
I imagine the one thing I don't understand is that I can't foresee that much resources being used up to maintain a seemingly basic website. I get that Ubisoft doesn't like to support older games because they lose money that way, hence why they came up with a silly thing like online passes for a time.
Basically, this incident has generated more than enough attention where the website should be brought back online. It just makes good business sense to support your community rather than to play dumb or refuse to put forth a honest amount of effort to trying to satisfy your fan base. As I've told the other Ubisoft rep, I'm not planning to spend money on their future titles if this is how they treat their customers. I'm a passionate gamer, so I only support developers who work hard for my money. It's unfortunate too because I may miss out on a hidden gem or too, but I'll be more satisfied knowing I'm making the right call. Plus, it's doubtful I'll miss out on a solid game from this developer - Assassin Creed Unity was an absolute mess at launch. To me, that just doesn't bode well.
I hope they do the right thing because I've genuinely enjoyed previous titles and would hate to see Ubisoft not treat their customers like they deserve.

bump
I've got the same issue as listed here, unable to access much of anything on the website. Tried multiple browsers and devices.
