Hi,
About 10 minutes ago I beat 2 players in PVP. For the 2st 2 games I didn't get the winning Streak rewards but just 1 star. For the 3rd game I lost my preview rewards: the 2 new stars are gone with no reason !!!!
Where are my rewards!? Man, I paid so much golden tickets in these two games, please help to check!!!

I've noticed this too. For me the game usually has a crash after not loading the wheel. What I've found is that its due to letting the bunker load up properly 1st. This includes waiting for your friends/legend leaderboard to load up. Once its loaded up, then proceed to do a showdown. Hopefully this helps. What kind of iOS device are you playing on?

In regards to the losing the 2 stars. Trials Frontier features an active leveling system. Meaning that when you win, you go up in rank, but when you lose a showdown, you also go down in rank. When you become a Legend however, you will stay a legend. There's a similar leveling system in place on it, but you will never be demoted from being a Legend. Hope this makes sense. Something similar happened to me some hours ago.
After winning a pvp showdown the animation showed giving me a new star, but after game restart I seem to have lost two stars and the prizes as well. Not cool.
I'm sorry not to have details of the opponent at that time as they come and go and most often are just "red or blue" in the showdown list

I lost four stars. I was in Level 2 with 2 missing. The result showed win and win streak bonus and I accepted the result and started a new showdown I lost two stars. The other two remaining games were wins only with single stars so I lost another 2 stars.
Now the game asks me constantly to keep my local progress or download from the server (multiple progress). The bunker is not loading also. Please let me know what to do. ID kotziasgeorge IOS 8.1 on Iphone. I will open a support ticket if this continues. Thanks in advance for your help.

I noticed this for the first time yesterday after reading this thread, game crashed (as usual) when I tried to close out all 3 showdowns, first had a ~22K payout and I got it even though the game crashed, second had a ~60K payout and I lost it after the game crash, 3rd had a ~30K payout and I lost it after a game crash - so, at least yesterday I lost 90K and whatever the parts and gems were
I have to believe this isn't the first time it's happened, just the first time I noticed

I'm losing these left right and centre. Yesterday I lost the payouts from all 3 showdowns. That was over 150,000 coins, around 10 gems, various level 4 parts and 2000+ chips. Well pee'd off
