i've tried the work around, or at least the parts that are still possible (there is no log in at the uplay site, only a download for the pc version). i tried the license refresh thing too.

in the game it says i have purchased the season pass, but nothing has been downloaded. when i go to the store as if to buy again, i get that "cannot download" error.
