I want to say Metallica Fade to Black or Michael Jackson Black or White.. But since I'm pretty sure its a decipher. I know I am way off... Trying to figure out why one of the lines is backwards too.

Well, it's in JPEG, so there isn't anything hidden inside. It could be an inverse alphabet, like that used in the Audioslave clue.
