Hi, I bought the Special Starter Pack for the discount .99 cents but it never applied to my game. I have In-app purchases turned on and have the receipt. My order info is:
Order ID: MGNHV58YTB
Receipt Date: 12/30/14
Order Total: $1.12

I can send a pic of the iTunes receipt privately if need be. I don't normally pay for in-app purchases so if this could be fixed I'd appreciate it. I'd rather not have one experience sour me on IAP.

When it comes to F2P currency, it's best to be sour on IAP. It's a very shady practice that exploits peoples' addictive nature.

I have a similar problem (happened almost a year ago), and it has never been resolved. Just ignored. Along with all the other reports of similar occurrences.

For refunds or other processing in regards to IAP, you will need to contact Ubisoft support at support.ubisoft.com.

Navigate to support.ubisoft.com.
Select "My Questions" (or "To My Questions") near the top left corner of the browser.
Select the third heading, "Ask A Question".

Under the product heading, select Mobile for Platform, and Trials Frontier for Product.
Under the Category heading, select "Ubishop / Billing"
Under Subject please enter the subject, such as the title for this thread.
Under the question heading, please fill out as much information about the issue as possible.
Under "Attach Documents..." please attach your receipt, it isn't necessary at this stage, but it will save at least one exchange when they ask if you have a receipt.

During the holidays volume increases for support tickets. I am not at the office, and I don't know what their workload is like, but I would typically expect a response within 24-48 hours.

I recommend bumping your ticket at least once per day if not more often. Someone will deal with it in the end, but as iviarkD mentioned, it might take some long time, in my case was 12 days before they replied for the fist time. It was rather fast from there.
