Yeah just keep playing more missions until the Y unlocks again at the same place, their little hot box tent.
I was just thinking the Yogi and Reggie missions would be a LOT more cool if that pipe they handed you as a reward had an actual purpose. I propose they make it so you can stop and take a toke on it, and there'd be an optional melee attack added where when you're in takedown range, another prompt appears where with a different key/button you could grab them, spin them around, and blow a puffed (but not inhaled) bit of smoke in their face and have them freak out.
Better yet you could have extra plants in the world unlock after getting the pipe. They would all be hallucinogens. One would make an enemy think his own troops were predators, one would make them think their troops are Golden Path, and one would make them have a vision of King Min being disappointed in them resulting in suicide.
Something similar could be done with the mission to defend the camps against Hunters. You'd get a blowpipe weapon from Sabal confiscated from one of them, and there would be certain fungi you could collect to make sleep, poison or berserker darts.
