Sure hoping someone can help me! My son got Trials Fusion on 360 for Christmas. We are new to Xbox Live so went with a 30 day trial to see if it's worth it.
We love the game of course and plan to upgrade the Live membership. The ONE THING we can't figure out though. For some reason when we attempt to play user created tracks, all categories say "no tracks found" in Tracks Central. I have privacy set to teen, so don't think that's why we have no tracks to play. Anyone know what is causing this? Is content blocked on the trial membership? I have tried everything, would so much appreciate any suggestions!
Your XBOX live membership has no bearing on what you should see on track central
I myself have only free silver membership yet on 360's track central I see approx. 15000 tracks...XBOX live Gold is only required for online multiplayer, which isn't available yet anyway
My only thought is that either the Ubisoft servers were down at the time you looked, or XBOX live was having issues, the former is the more common issue...I'm not too brilliant at these things, but know for a fact that it has nothing to do with membership status, so that only leaves server connections really
Have another look on TC, make sure console is signed in to xbox live before loading the game, you can do the by pressing the "Xbox" button in the centre of the pad, it brings up a menu of sorts that will either have 3 options [one of which being connect to xbox live - if so, select that option, and when signed in load the game] or you will have more options including messages, friends, party, those will all have numbers after them, if its a new account more than likely they will all be 0
you can also tell when you first boot the console if it decided to sign in to xbox live, or just to sign in to xbox by what it says on boot up
if it says "yourgamertag signed in to xbox" - you need to tell it to connect to live
if it says "yourgamertag signed into xbox live" - you're online and ready to go
sorry if I appear patronising, it is not intentional, but I don't know what you know, so tried to include as much as I can, whilst knowing nothing myself![]()
Thanks so much for the suggestions! I am new to all this so will try each thing. Do I have to do anything to sign into Ubisoft from the game? I made a Uplay account of course. I do seem to recall at some point seeing a "unable to access Ubisoft" error at one point. That may be it, but not sure other than a server being down, what could be stopping my server access??

You should actually check your child lock settings, if it is not fully open to accessibility it will not show UGC. UGC isn't age certified as it is user generated content so it is quickly restricted if there is any sort of child lock at all. I would still try this as an option.
