Pressing the tab button gets you in the syringe wheel straight away.Originally Posted by Frag_Maniac Go to original post
Right, I was just saying there's also a quick way to get from weapon to syringe wheel as well.Originally Posted by Boghtdrincker Go to original post
I played the whole game without using any syringes as a gaming mouse somehow compromised ever making and storing them and it was pointless making and using them immediately most of time . (?) A simple basic mouse rather than a whizbang gaming mouse resolved it and I now find it very easy and intuitive to use but the most important healing jab gets automatically created and used on healing button. However I mostly play only on healing syringe only and have disregarded the others as in heat of game play they are often only a side issue. The exception is when you are forced to defend temples and such (because the armies count on you alone!) and using the survival syringe becomes very important. Yet you are devolved any use of the syringes in Shangri_Fiasco which nearly beat me (I fluked it) Best strategy is to fill your loot bag with plants only for those hard parts of the game and keep all syringes crafted to maximum 8 of each with capability to make many more of the most important. I think I only used the energy one to get up difficult terrain at times and occasional swim on the locked location with lorry otherwise its not needed. The double damage one I only tried once. It's about what best suits and familiarity with it. I do always seek green plants and mostly sell everything off when I refuel but may be worth holding onto 8 of each/green plant early gameplay
If your mouse does not readily work the syringe wheel try maximum sensitivity with a regular standard two button one wheel mouse; may sort out the issues.
It is NOT intuitive to work the syringes but I now prefer the system on PC to FC3. (when recently going back to playing FC3 forgot how to get into the syringes altogether!)
