Every 10 Minutes Far Cry 4 Has Stopped Working!!!

I'm already really nervous. Every 10 minutes my game has stopped working! What is that?! I have the game up to date, also my AMD drivres too. Where is the problem damn it?!!!

It's Ubisoft and their "amazing" team of developers that managed to screw up the latest update causing the game to freeze relentlessly. I got the game through Uplay and since the latest update my game crashes or just stopped working, I can no longer play the game. Apparently they know of this since December 19th and the issue is still not resolved.

You can check it over here: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...-keep-crashing!!

    Masterbandit:

You really need to join the console crowd, your PC skills do not exist.

Every release of every game we see self proclaimed "experts" who have problem after problem they are entirely to willing to blame on the game vendor, be it Ubi or any of the others.

I have had ZERO lockup, restarts, or any other issues with this game other than the leak introduced with 1.05. For that, once I recognized it was slowing down, I simply got to a convenient save point, saved, and restarted the game.

Similarly, I had zero problems with FC3. For FC2 I had an occasional "Far Cry 2 has stopped working", this was eventually traced to a bad audio driver. I say eventually because the problem was so infrequent, it literally took days of weeks of play before I would get bit. Please notice, the sound driver is NOT Ubis responsibility.

So many PC "experts" award themselves that title once they get a machine or two working, when in fact all they did was follow an online guide on how to build a PC.

Before you whip out your snarky attitude and blame UBi, you better make sure you have exhausted every single possibility, keeping in mind millions are playing without issue, while its the "experts" who seem to whine endlessly about all the problems vendors cause for them.

Save yourself some money, save some embarrassment, and just get a console.

Mine was freezing every so often, thought it was the games memory leak. But I lowered my overclocked video card memory speed and the problem is gone.
