Had the game for three days haven't been able to join or have my friends join once

it is still not running BUT
why is is affordable to waste lots of time during the game try to connect????
this is boring, this is stupid and this is not PROFESSIONAL!

please change this! startup with the offline mode,
let the player choose to go online
OR
speed it up!!

I don.t know much about PS4, but when Xbox live was down, I was able to set my xbone to offline and started up the game fine. I didn't try to log into uplay or anything.
