Not completely sure; I'll try and look closer over next few days. I do know I have a 54k pot right now with a tier3 part and tier4 is on the wheel. 54k for me is about.... I think once you get the tier 3 part that starts in that slot, there is a chance that the space will be filled with either a tier 4 or a gem. It looks pretty random as I've seen tier 4 appear at 100k and at 30k. The prize seems to be randomly assigned.

yes, and once you get a Tier 4 part, next item on the wheel is Tier 5 part

My experience is that the prize alternates between a part and a gem. So when you get the Tier 3 part, it'll be a gem until you collect it. Then it'll be a Tier 4 part, then a gem, then a Tier 5 part, then gems.

Yeah alvaroGC is great. Manchester ctid tools currently very pissed off though as my last 2 pots have glitches and I get nothing. Big waste of time!

This was a pretty great chip amount match for a relatively low pot, didn't have as many turns as the matches in here. My carried over chips from a previous ping pong helped boost my total, and I now see xitooner had a whopping 2000 chips, but my 1541 is the most I've seen in a photo, so I thought I'd post it.
