I think they're pretty funny...considering my first gaming rig was a Commodore 64 (I wonder how many of them even know what that is without Google)
What I find interesting is the "experts" seem to be the ones having the most issues. Been like that for FC2, FC3, and now FC4.
You can always tell the "pro" by the huge collection of 3rd party garbage they run on their machines, the premise of course being Microsoft is clueless, and only the 3rd party hackers have this stuff figured out.
Meanwhile, millions just installed FC2/3/4 and played, the "pros" are still trying to find someone to take the blame.
Did you try to remove these files after the patch :
C:\Users\jrmanders\Documents\my games\Far Cry 4\0c7374ac-6e10-461c-894a-78cf56deab70
Everything will be set back to default however your savegame will be fine.
I have noticed that CPU2 is not maxed out now and that each core is at a pretty equal load.
Need to do some more testing on my SLI setup.

Hope this works. I really have not played at and vowed to fish Mordor while the patches happen. Basically made it to first town in the stutterfest...
i7/16GB/970 GTX.
That rig should not stutter at 1080p!
I finally got to see this 1.6 patch and, frankly, I don't see that much of a difference. The memory leak is still apparent after I played 2 hours. I tell ya, if Ubisoft doesn't fix this memory leak completely it will be disastrous because is annoying as hell to restart the game - sometimes even restart the pc - just to get back to a stable game without looking like a slide show. And please, Ubisoft, what exactly did you fix? The release note is so vague that it looks downright unprofessional; even those poor made Indie games at Steam Greenlight have better descriptive fixes from the devs.
Sat down to get some play time in before leaving for the holiday, DL'd the patch, and the game won't even launch for me. It shows the DL box for a second, then says syncing saves with the cloud, puts the 1st FC4 launch box on my screen, then just disappears. UBISOFT continues to amaze. Not sure if this is better or worse than the Watch_Dogs glitch where if you use Uplay points to buy one of the reward cars, it wouldn't work either for about a month till they figured it out. I really like most of UBI's games but there's just so many issues with fixing one thing breaks 3 more.
