Hi,

I have a problem with the key code with Far Cry 4.
One month ago, I bought it first with steam, but then I trade it with someone for 20 TF2 keys, it was a legal version offcourse. but because the game was not bought from the steam shop, steam removed my Far Cry 4 and gave back my 20 keys. Ok, fair enough.
Now I bought it again, but then from the steam shop, as they wanted in the first time, but I got the same activate code as the first time I bought Far Cry 4. and that code has been banned. so I cannot play now Far Cry which i payed 60 euro for it on the steam shop. I also contacted steam about it, but they say to deal with U Play.
Here the txt what they said:

"Hello,

A staff member has replied to your question:

Hello Peter,

Uplay uses a separate login that we cannot access.
Like a Steam login - all Uplay CD keys that you receive must be registered to a single Uplay account.
At the time of purchase, you were provided with a unique CD Key that must be registered to your Uplay account.
Issues involving duplicate Uplay CD Keys, CD Keys registered to previous or alternate accounts, and other account/login issues must be resolved with Ubisoft support.
Please refer to the following article for more information on contacting the support team for this title:

Well, I bet if I buy the game 10 times from the steamshop, I will get 10 times the same code! and that is then the old code.

If I want to contact Uplay on there website, to write them, I cannot place this some how. all the time I get returned, I filled in all correct.
I gonna call also the support here in Holland on monday.
