In current state of the game finding three new players who will not give-up and reach level 10 could be one of the most difficult achivement.. So doing this be yourself may not be so bad idea

i dont know why is it so compulsive to complete every single achievement. really i dont think anyone cares.
how many hours are you going to spend grinding 3 accounts to level 10, so you can get 500 seals you dont need? so you can get a badge on your profile that will probably be gone in a few months if they shut down this game, since the player base is dissapearing quickly from it. nowadays it takes me up to 5 minutes to get an opponent because no one is playing anymore

Well to answer your question. You don't think anyone care. I can start with naming myself and CuCu that cares. So this one was easy.
What else do I have to do in the game at the moment? I got a playset of all cards, so completing the last achivements I need is all I have left to do.

Grinding to level 10 with 3 accounts shouldn't take long. Probably takes as long as levelling up 3 times on my normal account.
