I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or not unable to collect cockade from underground near Palais des Tuileries Building please see screenshot, if you please create a youtube clip IF possible only IF you've got time please just post the direct link here.

Man I've been trying to collect this cockade for nearly 3hrs no luck at all.

Guys. Look where he marked the map, and where he is located. Your "unmarked" entrance is not "unmarked" anymore. Yes Speedy. Go down there. Take a left, then a right. Go down when you get to the scaffolding. Go under it. Go under the grilles and you will see it at the end. Climb the grilles and backjump to collect it.

When I was at that location where I marked Note 2. I was seeing a huge double bloody timber access doorway right in front of it, and I thought I need to pick lock that double door the problem was I was in the late afternoon and I couldn't find it because of the very dark shadow in the way when I couldn't find it.

BootlegBetty if you don't mind me saying.............smartarse thank you very much, man I hate late afternoon with very deep bloody dark shadows

And here mind current screenshot where I'm standing and I don't see a whole in a wall can you explain.

Awesome ... he just made a map that actually marked​ the entry for all to check on. I guess we need to thank him despite I actually forgot the exact entry until now.
