Hi Neither of these work for me. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling etc..
I have logged 2 tickets already and have no response other than the immediate autoresponder (waiting for 4 days now)
One of the tickets is Case Reference # 01858921
The other was logged very shortly after but i have accidentally deleted the autoresponder with the ref number.
Issues......
Can't log in to play on wii U - keep getting error...
Cant use iPhone app for your shape FE 2013... for me or my friend on different phone and WiiU
Can't log in to Your Shape Centre on web.. again for myself or my friend who created a brand new account.
