Yep kinda odd I been beta testing for some time and the way I see it is that the dev staff actually never get involved until a very last option.
You ask a Q and support has a list of responses. (think pr-prepared answers like restart, reinstall, start in, compatibility modes etc.In some weird case remove your video card)
Which is what we're seeing here.
It's just designed not to bother the actual development staff.
So called support is another way of buffering so development doesn't have to get involved because it's considered 90% of issues get resolved by reinstall restart etc...
Which is why I just post the DMP or WER FC4 crash logs cause support goes Huh?? And sends it into the dev section because they don't have a clue.
Either that or they trash them in which case I don't want to deal with a company like that,, or their games.
Seriously I would not be doing it this way if I didn't know it IS a development bug and not my system.
And they need to get off their collective butts and fix the damn game@!!&%*@*#$%$%&*@
