Hi I purchased the 360,000 coin pack and it hasn't landed on my account. What do I do to get them?

I had this recently I bought some tickets and the game crashed the first few times then everything worked on the 3rd try. I ended up getting charged for all 3 but only got the one set of tickets. when you get your bill from apple click on "report a problem" specify what the issue is and then they will either refund you or maybe ask for more details.Originally Posted by akat0ku Go to original post

It took them weeks and four tickets for them to refund my failed purchase.
