I have made a support ticket or whatever it's called about missing actions and rewards in a game. First they did answer pretty soon after I did what they told me (send screenshots etc.) but now I have waited for almost TWO MONTHS without receiving a response. I even made another question if something happened to the first, but that didn't work either. Still no response. What is the problem?
I hope you will understand if i skip introductory pleasantries and get to the point:
How long do i need to wait for support to reply please?
I sent ticket last month related to SHV, and still no reply. This is unacceptable.
IS UBI even providing support for this any more? Or game is dead completely and abandoned? Or they are simply too lazy to even bother with this fail any more?
Whatever is the reason - simple "sod off "in reply and closed ticket even would be better instead of no reply at all....
I hope someone`s paycheck will be a bit thiner because of this error.

other online services (like Steam ) do not even offer support options that move as quickly as Ubisoft offers via Phone and social media

And i think you missed the point - i DONT WANT to go around and do their work. Try with twitter, try to call them etc. Forget it. I already sent them ticket. So what it he issue to respond to that within reasonable time ? Because i dont see any reason to be so slow with reply.
