Need assistance re new 3.0.3 update from Redlynx and UBI! | Forums

I'm a long time Trials fan and player on xbox360 (owning 3 titles from Trials franchise) owner (my username is the same all around) and also Trials Frontier player on my SGS4 android 4.2.2 smartphone - 42 level player with Butch mission, ANBA mission etc finished!

I'm facing issues:

As of today the game (android ver. 2.5.1) on my SGS4 4.2.2 is telling me to update if I want to continue playing, but after the update it is still crashing after download verification screen. Cleaning data and cache did not help. I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing yet, still crashing. What gives? I have to renounce after spouting moneys on this? I need assistance and I need it ASAP, seen other (todays) problems I encountered with missing diamonds purchase too. Can you get with me on this? Please? I sent you mails too... Thank you.

I posted this on FB page too, but seen no reply was given to my previous mails and reports I need to address this also here, I believe.

Please help? I'm loosing so much entertainment, already lost money and some progress. Do advise!

Hello! I'm disappointed with the new update : today I wanted to play and the app tell me «Plesa update to continue playing»
But the Play Store tell me «Incompatible with your device» So I can't play

Device : ASUS*Transformer TX201LA (Transformer Book Trio) Android 4.2.2

It would be nice to test update before blocking users

Adding that I even cleaned dalvik and cache on my phone, before and even after a clean reinstall so there should be no traces of any previous installations and yet it's a no go. It's stuck right after download verification screen!

UBI and Redlynx reply please!

Edit:

I solved my problem by uninstalling Google Play services, reinstalling them again and completely reinstalling the game, ver. 3.0.3. Magically it started this time and I'm back in the game.

I closed my support ticket.
