    Long click on trials frontier icon, drag it to app info, a menu appears, click on clear data.

    setting - app - select the game and "clear data" (borrar datos in the photo)
    if your game is saved in Uplay , you only have to connect again to pass the tutorial and you will get to restore data

    It is very rare, when to me passed I send a ticket by did not know what to do and they told me that to try to clear data and it worked .
    Try to uninstall and reinstall it again. I hope it works for you
