The prospectors secret from the information I have found is that he is actually "dumptruck". When u unlock the maruaderer(undead bike) Igor says you could be the next dumptruck and that he only rides speed bikes. The prospector gives you parts for the bronco and the phantom which are both speed bikes. Igor also says that dumptruck just disappeared one day so it's not like dumptruck died or something along those lines.
