As far as I'm concerned, Traction Testground level is unlockable in The Bunker (randomly available in the chip shop). Whether it's only on Android or not, I have no idea.

I may be wrong. It may not be collectable through the chip shop. To be honest, I don't recall exactly when I got the level, but it just spontaneously appeared on my map. I think you earn it by achieving certain amount of win streaks in the Bunker. It has something related to the Bunker, because it appeared during that time when I only played the Bunker on this game.
