    I haven´t heard anything and I have sent them a ticket aswell. My suggestion is to just keep sending tickets untill some moderator writes that they know of the issues. It is frustrating not to even know if they know about the problems. If they do, just post "we are working with the companion app sync problems" then things would settle down for us players that are eager to finnish the game.

    Is there any indication when the app will get fixed?

    Mine never synchronises or never manages to find arno or even stay connected to my ps4.

    have sent a ticket almost a week ago and still no acknowledgemnt or response

    same problem, hate the fact they added in game chests only being able to open through an out of game app..annoying and imbecilic to say the least...then to top it off it wont even SYNC to use the stupid app to open up these annoying blue chests all over my map. Epic fail..glad i got this game free with my sons christmas present purchase...but I know why I was in no hurry to buy it or any other ubisoft game for that matter...im boycotting these companies that are obviously ran for greedy corporations and their needs/wants instead of the gamers already giving handsome fees upfront to play a product that continually gets more and more watered down, full of repetitiveness, and cut for later "DLC" additions. Sick of the corporate greed...killing my love for my gaming hobby, worse and worse every year.

    I still have this problem on my Galaxy S4. I have done a "Clear cache" and Clear data". Also, I have restarted the phone. I've done those things several times and it did not help. This problem is definitely a Ubisoft issue. Come on Ubisoft, at least acknowledge that you know of the problem.

    For those who have lodged support tickets around this sync issue (most of those reading this i assume), have any of you had any updates for ubi at all... I raised my ticket on the 12th Dec and have not even had a acknowledgement at all, not even those pathetic copy paste answers i have got for other issues (initiates, rogue sync etc).

    Surely Ubi can see there are complaints, why not acknowledge it and update us...

    well i guess it just isn't me. Was about half way through this app (trying to finish asap to get this over with) and than one day it just stopped and unable to sync. Annoyed that ubi hasn't said anything about this.

    I have the same issue.
    The game is telling me, that the App is connected. Strange :-(

    In theory, they are giving you an update on how things are being fixed, according to to this thread. Companion app hasn't been fixed since the the day it began back in November: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...T-KNOWN-ISSUES

    You can see that the App section is still "WORKING ON IT". Which doesn't say much, they should just replace it with "FREE UPLAY REWARD TO UNLOCK ALL APP REQUIREMENTS"
