    unity companion app issues

    i am having this issue too! but i have been able to connect the app to uplay which means my app won't go anywhere with the game now
    i called but they said they are aware of it and don't have an eta
    i am very frustrated

    My experience with the problem

    My companion app worked great until I paid for the premium. I had 10 assassins of various levels. After the session where the premium app was paid; the ceased to sync thereafter.

    Ive deleted and reinstalled the app
    Ive upgraded my phone from a Galaxy S4 to an S5
    I've cleared cache and changed passwords
    I've created new accounts (which did work but I lost app progress)
    I've logged a ticket with a canned reply of "need more info"
    And now I'm here.

    I actually had fun with app. If I was to guess the problem I think it has to do with game or app progress getting too far ahead of the other in the way of progress.

    And UBI...

    You need to refund the premium to the people that have paid. And make the app free for all.

    Finally, I think the last AC was more fun. How can you top sailing a boat?! This AC needs something epic to match the ship. I just feel trapped in this one; with monotonous grinding.

    hello everyone i called Ubisoft Again today and got good information.

    they have told me that they are working hard on it but have no idea when the path wil come out. But they working very hard to get it fixed.

    keep in mind that Ubisoft is not 100% fould about this. its the hole stupid always online things that microsoft and sony are making.

    It seems that ubisoft is not going to fix the companion app conection problems.
    I hear form more and more people that the only way to get evrything in this game is to make a new uplay account.

    So everyone like me that have played every game and completed it are ****ed.

    we can almost say to you recuescat in pace ubisoft, but your doing it by your self.

    Please proof me wrong ubisoft and come with a f*************ing update any information is good. But not the stupid thing that we must watch the site.

    I received yet another answer from support. This time they inquire whether I prefer English or German as language for support. (I apparently landed on the German support page because I currently reside there). It's just bizarre. I've been communicating in English from the start regardless of whether their useless answers were in German, English or whatever.

    I cannot get to 100% on the console because off the buggy companion app/Uplay platform. I'm thoroughly disappointed with UBI and their support. Their ridiculous efforts are shameful and embarrassing. I'm certainly not going to open a new Uplay account to get this. What about all the other accomplishments I have on there? The least they could do, if unable to fix the problem, is patch the console and desktop versions so that nomad missions are not required for 100% and blue chests are unlocked.

    By now I'm not holding my breath any more that UBI is going to do anything about it. Most of UBIs resources are by this time certainly focused on future releases, probably AC Victory. They better should be lest the fiasco the AC Unity release repeats.

    I have contacted support multiple times on this. The only refer to the pages mentioned before in this post.
    This is an outrage!!!

    I assume they will not come with the solution that a new uplay account would be needed. As I have the game, dlc, uplay points etc on the same uplay account, which is needed to keep everything together. The consequences of a new account would be severe..

    I do agree that Ubisoft should come with a compensation toward all, especially to the premium players of the app like myself and so many more.

    I have never been so dissatisfied with how a game is released. The number of issues acu has is extreme.

    Ubisoft sort all out and prevent that the next assassins will become such horror, BUT FIRST FIX THIS!!!!!

    Im having the same problem when I login on the app it tells me unable to synchronize but the game says its connected. Is there any word when it will be fixed?

    Well I tried to play it today have had the game installed since I bought the XB1, but only have gotten around to playing the game. Downloaded the companion app and it tells me it can't connect to the PC... WTF, I don't own the PC version at all. It says something about going to the website and syncing it, yet there is nothing on the website to do this when logged in.

    I have to say, the amount of issues Ubisoft are having with this stuff is a joke to say the least. I think the only way they are going to wake up is if someone starts a class action suit against these companies and maybe, just maybe they will wake up to themselves.

    I mean even trying to go to Initiates from the XB1 game, says Server is unreachable. For 3 frigging days for crying out loud.. I think I am done with any game under the Ubisoft lablel from now on.

    I should also add that the support page will not even allow you to post a question either.
