question regarding sudden movement in game camera
hi does anyone have any idea why the game camera suddenly moves to a point , only meters but doesnt flow to its point.
In making track there is a point where i come down off a roof and the camera flows downs but then suddenly skips to the next point only a meter or so away. Is there a reason for this and can i solve it. Tried alsorts and dont want to use a custom camera , its not the dla as there is no sharp bends. Its proberbly something simple and i am over thinking it but would appreciate anothers view on this if possible
thanx

Im not quite sure what is happening, hard to tell with out seeing it.. but if your dropping down off a roof maybe check to see if the roofing isnt interacting with the cam.
kinda sounds as if the cam is trying to catch up with the bike
try turning the visibility off any objects that are near the camera, or that it might pass by(or through).. all i can think of sorry

All I can think of that really affects the blue camera a lot is if there's terrain in the way, if the track is in a hole or down a hill,
I noticed the camera tries to avoid going into the ground when I was changing terrain around my driveline (terrain right behind/under the blue cam), it went up so it looked down onto the rider, and will try to go back to "normal" when it has room to do so.

hi guys thanks for the help
I think i have sorted it , where i was looking to see if the dl was to harsh on a curved part i forget to adjust the curve it self with the r2 button leaving quite sharp but not that noticeable to the eye. when i played with it alittle it freed the camera up some from jumping , althought it might still do it slightly its not a reaction that should be noticed or anything harm done to the ride its self so it should be ok. Now i have another diilema tho lol. ihave createda point where i am using custom cams , yes i know but wanted to add something different to the track this time. the bike jumps passed an house where the camer goes inside and you get a taking pitcures event happen which frezzinf a dn unfreezing a few times looks good but do people think that this will make the track unliked as i am podering in taking it out. but i like the idea of it.
not really a problem more a choice just wondering is it worth it or to take a chance. doing this ihave to have the next camera cut which i dont like to do but the sequence is actually smooth and does work.
again cheers guys
