Yjgalla, I think it just needs some patience. For me it takes something like 2 or 3 days for new friends to appear...

For me they were showing up almost immediately, for him it also took 2 days (which means they're there now). Interestingly he did receive gifts from “A player". I only hope no one was disappointed becuse they didn't get anything back. The next thing is that none of the gifts he sends registers for the second objective for the Cornelius outfit. The third bar is already full. Edit: just checked once more and it must have registered because the gem cost is at minimum. But the icons are wrong.
