do we accept the requests ingame or on the uplay app?

i accepted 3 people already on the uplay app but i don't see anything different on the game

where can we send/receive these gifts?

You can accept the requests in game or from uplay online. Sometimes it takes a few days for them to actually show up in your gift box due to a glitch.
