I had someone that I'm not even sure when they added me, but I've gifted the person many times and they have yet to gift me back.

Not sure if the competition is fiercer on IOS but I've completed legends on Android about a week ago but I'm still on level 5 on IOS. In the middle of the seasonal prize, I started a new profile on Android and I'm on level 6 now starting from scratch. It wasn't until a few days ago I found out about gifting so it wasn't like there was help from extra tickets either.

I'd like to speculate that season 2 will include tricks in addition to time and crashes.
