So I deleted a chunk of my friends list to try and curb the chronic crashing and slow loading in the bunker or not loading at all. Turns out its more universal than I thought and doesn't matter if you have 50 friends or 150. Its said the update will fix this, but until then we're all just gonna have to make do. Now they've tweaked it so its harder to get and give the tickets and I saw my daily haul drop dramatically. Add me back, otherwise I'm back to spamming out requests.
