Rank 10. Rank 5 up to 1 is 5 stars.Originally Posted by bunnyhop90. Go to original post
So when losing you also lose a star. Can you also drop a rating if you have no stars or won't it allow that?
Pretty curious as you get tougher and tougher opponents and might just want to quit playing these challenges, if your ranking is above your skill level.

Yes, it makes sense to stop playing for a few days if your rank is too far from your actual skill. (It can happen if you played 10 showdowns simultaneously on the lower ranks and you suddenly found yourself fighting with top-100 guys.)
Ouch. Don't really agree with it taking away your rank, since the rewards are bound to it. People should be able to keep playing (for fun) without forfeiting their rewards such as donkey scheme parts or huge decline.Originally Posted by georgri Go to original post

I lost a race already completely legit. I was able to log in enough to give a fair amount of tries. No problem with that. If I get into the single digit star ranks and simply can't beat the top guys, then so be it. It will be a fun challenge.
HOWEVER, I am about to lose 2 races simply because I haven't been able to play in 16 hours. I literally raced each track once, that is it.
Concerning single-digit guys. I'm currently #10 (thanks to game preferring to match me with lower-ranked players), and any single-digit guy seems to f**k me up with incredible ease!Originally Posted by joeloxford39 Go to original post
I think, it's because most of great players decided to have 3 showdowns a day (meaning they earn at most 6 stars a day), so most of them couldn't "bubble up" to the top yet in that time.
The more you wait, the more of them will get to the legend board, so more and more top ranks will be occupied by the regular guys.
The total amount of stars is:
20 (ranks 25-16) + 15 (ranks 15-11) + 20 (ranks 10-6) + 25 (ranks 5-1) = 80.
Only 7 days have passed from the opening of Ze Bunker. The best of the riders having 3 showdowns a day is now at #9 or #8 rank.
In 10-15 days most of the best riders are expected to be on the Legend board. (If they are not matched against each other too often.)
In 20-30 days there will be room in Legend board for the above-average guys.
In 40 days there will be a chance to become rank #1 for any decent player who plays regularly.
In 45 days the season will be over.
P.S. Losing races because of the technical issues is a bummer.
Just got 9989 chips !!! AHHHHH so close to crystal kingdom now I have to wait 4 hrslol
About the comment in single-digit guys....
I am not really one of those "top guys", but I see no reason to be in a hurry to get to legends... Not when I can hang around 8-11 and pick up winning good coinage from the up-and-coming riders. It's all about getting the tracks soonest. As opposed to sitting in legends getting losing coinage most of the time against the best. Once a couple hundred folks are there (or I am about 14 days from end of season) I assume I'll be able to make the last push into legends.
