the tip from the bottom of the screen - "the higher the medal you win int he race, the wider the sector on the loot wheel will expand". They didn't expand for me neither.
another thing, you actually get to spin/win prizes during your first winning run on each of the tracks. once you've done three, you're set for the whole match (in terms of prizes). plus chips of course.

bummer from my end, because I did not spin for any new paintjobs

Yeah, like ebay I guess those guys can use all those tickets being accumulated to do some last-minute runs and try and take the overall match... you will want to be there at the end to make sure you win.

i didnt realize this. i figured who ever had the most chips at the end won. so as long as you dont really care about getting the most chips its probably not in the best interest to play more than once in the beginning and instead wait until the end so as track times to get too hard to beat.

I did a mass gifting so everyone on my friend's leaderboard had an extra chance of restarting on a track they may have trouble on. Just a bit of generosity keeps the wheel going.

Yeah I saw that, but if the sections on the wheel got bigger as your rider level increased then wouldn't they all be the same size? The ratio that each section takes up wouldn't change because all the sections would increase at once.

I've seen a new paint job called 'soylent' a few times but it's so hard to get and I've got the same problem, all my opponents seem a little too easy so far. Hopefully when people start gaining rankings things will sort themselves out.

Everyone is positioned at the bottom of the ranking system because the event just started, so it will balance itself out when people rank up and you have the more skilled people higher up.

looking forward to being matched against some of you guys i got 5 matches on the go, 4 of which the other guy hasnt played yet, and the other I smashed the guys times by over 2 seconds on all tracks...

They pick one randomly from the global list. I have not gotten one friend as a rival.

I just realized. If you dominate the match the whole 24H, and then lose - the other guys takes all your chips as well? Although that wouldn't make sense, why do you even need to dominate then? Just wait till the end and win.
However I do believe if you lose the match, you also lose your chips...
