Most people here should know or be aware that lots and lots of people are experiencing stutter in FC4. I have a Gigabyte GTX 780 and as you know it has nVidia Boost tech. I have noticed that when the stutter occurs in game I can see that the clock speed is increasing/decreasing roughly at the same time, hence I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the stutter. I've tried to use 'K-boost' via EVGA PrecisionX with is supposed to force your card to always have the boost on but I'm not sure how reliable that is. I've also noticed that while using MSI Afterburner after quiting EVGA PrecisionX (cause I personally feel MSI is a tad better) MSI won't monitor my GPU use correctly (with K-boost still enabled) as the GPU usage sits at 0 all the time.
What are your thoughts?

I have your same GPU and I'm still having stuttering problems even with the Geforce Experience recommended settings. I'm not sure if changing this option in Nvidia CP makes something but I've read in some forums that it can help. I switched it to maximum performance but I didn't notice a big difference though. Tell me if it worked for you.
Before you go going crazy trying to figure out if Nvidia has anything to do with this... do some real test on real PC games and not poorly and unoptimized console ports,or at least with console ports that have a decent optimization.. then and only then you can say with certainty if Nvidia or anything else in your rig is the culprit.
