So, i come across a problem yesterday and wondered if this is/has happened to anyone else..
Im online, connected to TC fine. Im able to run tracks, see my notifications, etc,etc.. BUT, once ive ran ingame tracks, and custom tracks, im getting an error message after i go through the finish line. It is coming up saying, that i am NOT conected to the Ubisoft servers, and my times cannot be recorded.
I clearly am connected to the servers, recieving notifications, and able to run TC tracks and view ALL LB times..
I know of 1 friend who has experienced this, and reported it in the support section, but has had no reply..
Has ANYONE else experienced this on XB1 or any other platform??
Help plz RL..
Same here. Restart resolved the problem.Originally Posted by RubertTheFrog Go to original post
Happens all the time man, restarting usually solves all my problems.
I still get random crashes in Track Central and often the leaderboards will stop showing info.
I just hit restart Fusion, log in again and then everything is back to normal.
@ Jonny below:
Yeah its pretty annoying, i got used to it overtime..
I dont play that much anymore so its not that big of a deal to me.
Im assuming its a uplay problemi really dont get why Microsoft allows Ubisoft to have a broken service on XbL
Happens to me also, i made a post on console support a few weeks ago and didn't get a single helpful response. The game will work fine for about 20 mins and then split times will stop appear and ghosts will start disparaging. Restarting the game every 30 mins really doesn't appeal to me which is why i have been avoiding SP ever since it started happening.
Sort it out Redlynx.
