AC Unity - Random freezes issue

When I play Assassin's Creed Unity it freezes randomly. Everything stops and game doesn't react.
When I use Alt+Tab or Ctrl+Alt+Del and then going back to the game it starts working again.
Why? Could it be RAM? Or maybe processor?
    Please help, it's really annoying!

    My PC's specs:

-Intel Core i5-2400 CPU, 4 cores at 3.10 GHz
    -Nvidia GeForce GTX 760
    -8 GB of RAM
    -Windows 7 64-bit

    Graphical settings:
Vsync: On (turning it off doesn't help)
    Enviromment Quality: Ultra High
    Texture Quality: High
    Shadow Quality: High
    Ambient Occlusion: SSAO
    Anti-Aliasing Quality: FXAA
    Bloom: Off

From my experience it's vram issue, try downcloaking your vram by 200-300 and test it. It's doesnt matter that it works in some other games without problem.
