Read some posts before your's and u will know. Everyone is having this problem, some people are like you, blank profiles, others are like my profile, it opens, but dont show the true xp u should have.

I like you had a blank profile until yesterday. After installing patch 4 on my PS4... i went to the first yellow chest of the game.. the one you need to accept to become a part of Initiates. It said that i needed to register since my account was not associated with my game, I said yes, register and that was enough for Initiates to start synchronizing with all my data. Give it a try.. It worked for me.

I'm back at lvl 10 it's not quite getting all my legacy data

I was at level 14, almost within reach of the final chest. However, when I booted up the game today, I had gone down to level 6! I logged in again, and now I'm at level 9. Still nowhere near where I was, and all of the legacy xp I had unlocked (which still wasn't all correct) is still listed as unlocked. Please look into this Ubisoft.

So,since the problem of the level 1 has already been solved at least for me (EscoBlades if you are reading this sorry for the irony on my last post...),but now the problem (wich i also see many people is having too) is that most ACs' campaigns appear as "STARTED",even if the synch is 100%...wich is actually odd,and as consequence not giving the correct ammount of XP,aaand lowering some levels,i was 12-then level 1 because of the site fix-and now im level 10,if i congratulate something is that all of the previous problems have been fixed and rogue is finally recognized,but now a new problem arises.
I really really really hope the initiates team solves this one faster than the previous problems,since i'll be getting my PS4 this week with Unity and i want to go straight to the rewards,i've already done calculations and i make it to level 13 (last level with an outfit reward...wich is what i care the most about).
I also have to point some missing XP not only from the "STARTED" campaign issue but from the MP both from Brotherhood and black flag,at least for me,im 50 in brotherhood and i get 0XP,and in black flag level 55 and 70XP.
Some information on current status of the page and future updates and fixes wouldn't be bad at all,but until then my best vibes to the team so they can fix this as quick as possible.

For those noticing they're on a lower level/have less experience points than before;

I have the same; was level 25 or something close, now dropped to level 14. However, before the last time AC Initiates stopped working I had noticed I got double the experience points for some "legacy" games on certain parts, for example 5000 of max 2500 of synchronization with AC III. This _might_ (mind the "might") be the case with other people too.

Another thing; when I checked this morning, I noticed some popups in game saying I reached new levels/accomplishment goals, when I went to the AC Initiates site, accomplishments were still all zero. Just got back from work (left game running minimized), and when I just checked, accomplishments were back to what I think they were before.

update; not sure it matters, but have all stuff on PC.

My Initiates totally reset sometime between yesterday and today - was lvl 16 now lvl 1 - no games linked at all (got all PC-versions)
