This is only a guess, but in the companion app there are seven purple locations, each with three missions. Each mission you complete three levels of to receive a reward, and the mission is then marked by a check and you can collect your reward in Unity. That's 21 missions, so I assume that each one you get checked off/completed is one point of triangulation. here is a wonderful idea...and future game developers be sure to take note:
First and foremost, make sure you have a working title that passes a rigorous Quality Assurance testing period.
Secondly, gamers buy consoles and the respective games to play said games on said consoles. What gamers do not buy consoles for are: having to play linked feature (unlock-able) content apps on mobile devices and, (b), web browser/ database linked apps.
I bought Unity because I expected to play a game and get access to all features of said game through the game, itself. Not through my phone. Not through a Uplay or web-based app (Initiates).
let me reiterate: gamers buy consoles to play games on the consoles. Gamers do not buy nor did they buy their consoles to play games and unlock features of said games through any_other_service_outside_of_their_console(s).
The lesson to be learned here is thus: make a game, one game, and have all features in said game...unlocked/ acquired through "JUST" the game. All this Uplay an Initiates crap has done nothing but create more problems and subsequently pull much needed resources (time, men/women power, and money) away from addressing the immediate problem...fixing the "GAME".
Strange...the blank profile's gone, but now all of my progress in Unity seems to have been wiped from Initiates. I went from Level...what was it, 13? 15? to Level 7, with all the Accomplishments' progress appearing to be empty (i.e. 0/600 or whatever). I'm glad my profile's back up and all, but this is going to nag at me (not too much - I was fortunate enough to unlock all the Initiate chests before the whole blank profile incident).
Edit: Huh. Never mind, I just had to start up the final mission in Unity and everything's fixed now. Accomplishments, my level, etc.

Ok Ubisoft new joke to me is I log in to Unit today and it says no Initiates is associated with this account and when it logs in I go from level 10 back down to 8... At this point guys I think you should just delete Initiates. I have never been so let down by a game. Every day I cross my fingers and log in, in hopes this is the day everything might work, but instead is only getting worse. I was holding of beating Unity so I might get all the gear I would have received since I have been a loyal Assassin Creed player. I just going to beat it and delete this nightmare. For the love of God please don’t release a game till it playable..

- Initiates claimes I have only started, not finished them: incorrect.
Started games give 500 exp, finished games give 2500 exp. I'm missing 10.000 experience which I had before.
Therefore my question: what is going on? Will this get updated automatically or do I have to do something?
