I am experiencing the blank profile problem. This has been since Thursday, as everyone else that has this problem. Just wanted to let you know to give a more accurate count of the problems.

Oh yeah and thanks for my 5 day wait for a reply from support that says this..

"We are currently aware of the issues with Assassins Creed Unity's companion app, and the corresponding Initiates program

this is currently being worked on as you may know we unfortunately do not have a workaroud or a time of completion."

Yes. I received the very same answer. I dont care much for the app or site to be working, but i am really pissed because i have locked itens that should be there for me to use or get. thats whats botering me.

I know you guys have a lot on your plate right now, but I'm curious about the avatars on Initiates, will any of these maintenances be syncing up locked avatars that should be unlocked? For example I have some which I have completed requirements for, such as the Daniel Cross one for finishing sequence 9 in AC3, Ezio one for collecting all the feathers in AC2, etc, but they're still locked. My data managed to finally sync up a week or so ago but not the avatars properly, I know the older Initiates stuff has been said to be coming up later in terms of being unlocked but I wasn't sure about this other game progress related stuff.

On a side note, wow I really miss the old Initiates with expanding on the modern day story and the extra mini games and game story, and the forum of course... I hope the current Initiates is not just going to remain as essentially a stat tracker. It's nice and all (when it's working) but that was never what Initiates was about. The games seem to be diminishing the modern day story more and more with each new release and that has always been my favourite part of these games, so Initiates felt a bit like a lifeline for a fan like me.

I understand and appreciate the frustration and a lot of it is justified. I want nothing more than for you all to be able to play the game without hiccups or issues, and for Initiates to work, show you your progress within thew brand and award you whatever rewards you are due without problems.

While I personally believe that Initiates should have its own dedicated discussion forums (like in the past, as it was much easier to direct issues to the Initiates team and pinpoint fixes or troubleshoot directly with users), it wasn't/isn't my call to make.

Yeah it's really frustrating this year, not only the AC Unity thing, the Ubishop seemed to have issues as well , I had to wait 3 weeks for my Guillotine Edition after the Game Release, and pre-ordered it months ago, also they "automatically" cancelled my collector's edition of rogue, so I had to get it from somewhere else...pre-order code for Rogue doesn't seem to work either...they also offered me a 10% discount on my order as indemnification. Haven't recieved that yet either and open tickets are not answered for more than a week now.

Anyway, since Ubisoft seem to have so many issues, Unity, Initiates,the Companion App, Orders and recoupments, I guess there is really much stuff to fix and everyone is trying their best.

As for Initiates, I agree when Black Flag was around Initates and the own forums were much easier to handle, there were a few hiccups as well but alltogether the whole Initiates thing did run much smoother.

Thanks for keeping us updated. I just hope the Legacy and Rogue Data will show up soon, meanwhile I'm going to play some more AC Rogue =)

(whisper) maybe as well as giving us the free game at some point in the future, Ubi should just unlock all of the initiates-locked content in Unity to apologise for messing up something they have had 2+ years to work on.

My biggest gripe is that even if I play Unity to 100% I still can't unlock outfits and inventory items due to Ubisofts broken online systems. I don't want those retrospectively unlocked months after I beat the game - if I can't unlock them as I play through, as was clearly the point with initiates, then for gods sake just unlock all the legacy outfits... They are Purely cosmetic!

You do see Avatars on your Initiates profile? You actually do see data at all? I don't see anything on the site when I get logged in, as most others I fear. So, do you actually in this moment see some of your avatars, any games synchced or any Initiates level higher then zero/nothing?

OK so is anyone at all, who has played previous Assassins Creed games, currently able to see anything but 1. a blank profile or 2. Only Unity data on Initiates now? !

Sure, I can log in and my game data from ACII, Brotherhood, Revelations, ACIII, Liberation HD, Black Flag and Freedom Cry have all synced. All were played on the PS3. I have played Rogue (also on the PS3) but Initiates doesn't recognize that I own or have played it. But that's true for everyone.

I have Unity but I have not installed it and have decided I won't unless I am convinced that it will work as designed. However, I am very disappointed that the companion app seems to have been tied in so extensively. I don't have a smart phone and don't have a pc with Windows 8. Was it truly not enough that I had to buy a whole new game console to run Unity?

(I bought the PS4 in part because of Unity, but it looks like the first game I will be playing on it is Dragon Age: Inquisition. My fat PS3 is old.)
