Well Unity has been out a month and we’re on patch 1.3 and still AC Initiates doesn’t synch or even recognize I own AC2, AC: Brotherhood, AC: Revelations, AC3 and AC Liberation HD. I fill out a Support Ticket like the patch notes say and they tell me go to http://forums.ubi.com?!?!? So I feel like I’m in an endless loop.

Same. The patch notes tell me to file a ticket. Support sends me to the patch notes on the forums.

Has anyone who doesn't own Unity had a game sync update since the 4th? That was when my last one was and it hasn't budged since then even though I've been playing dribs and drabs of (non-Unity) games since then.

I'm having zero luck too. No legacy data showing up, in fact no data at all shows up. It looks like this to me:

same with me FuzzyLynx it worked great till about a weeks or so ago and noy now am certian its a server prob as i said bein a previous post but it shouldnt take this long to fix

Hello all,

After Friday's maintenance, there have been a few updates to the Initiates platform. This post will give you an idea of what has been worked on, as well as some Frequently Asked Questions that may still remain.

• The Initiates team have worked to optimize the platform's code to increase responsiveness with AC Legacy data.
  
• AC Rogue synchronization has been enabled and data will be displayed in the XP Breakdown section. The corresponding collection item should unlock accordingly.
  
• Assassin Style updates will be correctly displayed in the Event Feed.
  
• Changes made to your username on Uplay, will now be effective on AC Initiates.
  
• Avatar progression bars on Internet Explorer are now displayed correctly.
  
• Various stabilization and optimization improvements.

How do I get my Assassin's Creed Unity data to show up on my Initiates profile?


Your AC Unity data should show up after you connect to your initiates profile in-game. You may have to accept the prompt to link your Initiates account again when you attempt to access this from the in-game menu. Your Legacy Data may take some time to show up.

What about the Initiates accomplishments?


Accomplishments are live and as such, players can earn experience points from these by playing Unity.


What is Assassin Style?


Assassin Style should now be working. Based on statistics we accumulate from ACU and from the daily drills (coming soon) you complete in ACU, you will be given an Assassin Style. You will be able to tailor your Assassin Style by completing specific Accomplishments or Daily Drills when they are available.


If you still do not have your expected Sync data, then please go to support.ubi.com and file a ticket about the issue you are having. Be sure to leave as much detail as you can concerning the issue. This includes your Uplay email and your Gamertag/ PSN id/ PC id.

My ACU Initiates is synched and finally able to be accessed during in-game. I kept trying after multiple failed attempts but once I connected to Uplay thru options, my Initiates was available to view while playing. Now the only problem I'm having is the constant updating from ACU initiates during gameplay! It keeps updating me stuff I already read when I click on the display pad. I tried logging off ACU initiates but to no avail. It just keeps updating me over and over. Am I missing something as far as turning off the constant ACU initiates updates or is this common among other ACU players? I'm on PS4 by the way so feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

What's with the new thread, trying to let the old 90 page one die? lol Anyway what Fuzzy posted is EXACTLY what I am getting now, it doesn't even say level 1 (or was it 0?) anymore. I go to collections and apparently I own zero games..... and I STILL HAVE TO LOG INTO THE FORUMS FIRST IN A DIFFERENT TAB........ otherwise I just get an inifinite loading bar that never ends when trying to log in on the Initiates page. An ENTIRE MONTH now or so since I started playing Black Flag and tried to use this crap and it's worse now........ Does anyone at Ubi know what the hell they're doing?

Update...... apparently I can't even get past the login page now, whether I'm logged in on here in another tab or not.

Been trying to connect to my Initiates account since Unity's launch. Can't. Tried multiple browsers and it always says "Connection Failed" and takes me back to the log in screen. What's worse, I can't even connect to it via my PS4 since it says there is no Initiates account attached to my Uplay account. This is not true as I used it with Black Flag via PS4. Ugh. So frustrating. -_-;

How is that a satisfactory answer? Aesthetics are still something people want, and for it to be locked behind a wall that I literally cannot get past means that there is content, that I have paid for, that I have participated in every game to-date to acquire, that I cannot GET - because Ubisoft can't get its own website to work for their customers.

While this is annoying as hell..... I've been trying to see if this has been fixed yet for a month now. Maybe when I actually GET Unity it'll work? However, people like you are funny. You didn't pay for anything here, Initiates is a free side...... thing. And like he said you need nothing from it to get though the game.

Well wile Initiates is free, and yes you don't NEED it to get though the game, youll still NEED it to open some Chests etc in the game, and some people wanna get everything done in the game, and like someone else said here before, if they cant get Initiates to work, let us get access to in game content assosicated with Initiates tough some other way instead.
